Summary:

As a Mobile Donation Team Member at KARM Stores, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to reveal Christ to our donors. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, receiving donations, and interacting with donors. You will have the unique opportunity to work at an assigned location in the Knoxville area, providing a convenient experience for donors in a secure setting. You will serve as a brand ambassador, sharing the inspiring story of KARM Ministries

Responsibilities:

Receive donations by greeting donors with a kind, positive, outgoing personality that is welcoming and exudes the highest level of customer service.
After greeting the donor, duties include assisting in unloading donations from the donor’s vehicle to the donation trailer, telling the KARM story, explaining the Corners of our Field program to the donors, and issuing a receipt.
Drive an F-250 Pickup Truck and pull a 26-foot trailer while being responsible for observing all traffic laws, in order to safely distribute the trailer to a donation site in the surrounding areas.
Work diligently across all facets of the department, including receiving and sorting donations based on brand, condition, and quality.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to address any challenges or opportunities for improvement.
Embrace and embody the values and mission of KARM Stores.
Communicate with and assist the Receiving Management team at a store when dropping off full gaylords/pallets.
Must be 21 years of age, or older, to apply for a driver position.
